How Closing the Store Effects You

You’ve heard I’m closing the shop. You want to know how that effects you as a customer. I’ll touch on a few important points for you.

  1. You will need to make sure you have all of your purchased files on your local device. They will no longer be accessible.

    Accounts are not automatically made. If you can’t log into your account, sign up for a new one and it will link past purchases…Please don’t email me telling me you can’t log into your account. I have no access to accounts and can not activate it for you or reset your password.
  2. Be sure you have downloaded all patterns to your personal device.
  3. Customer support will end. I will no longer be answering emails or facebook DMs.
    However, the group will stay open in case you have questions. Someone in the group may be able to help you out. The group may no longer be actively moderated.
  4. Will patterns go on sale? No, I will not continue to decrease prices. You don’t need to wait and hope for a better price.
  5. The last business day will be December 1, 2021 at which time all sales will cease.

I’m sure that everyone would agree that we just hope above all that you and your family are doing well, and that this is purely a business decision. Also I’m sure this isn’t the last we will hear from you!!! Sending much appreciation for sharing your talents….it has been lovely to watch your daughter grow up along with Duchess and Hare.

  2. You will be GREATLY missed! I have loved your patterns! Thank you for always having amazing customer service, and being happy to explain anything sewing related that I was stumped on! I hope that you and your family are moving to to amazing things. I hope to “see” you around on other sewing related groups!
